11 Approval of projects will be determined by pre-approval of the M&C committee
12   Final approval of projects will be determined by the USSVI Charitable Foundation Board of Directors.


Notes from M&C committee:

All projects will be considered on their merits.

Projects that improve the appearance and presentation of Memorials or Submarine Museum boats will have preference. Rebuilding of Engines or equipment will NOT be considered at this time. Contributions from the Memorials Fund will be determined by the number of projects presented and the available funds for distribution.
